Bio
Kylee J. Jordan is an experienced workers’ compensation litigator who dedicates her practice to representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in a range of complex workers’ compensation claims. She has litigated cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Illinois Appellate Court, and managed active cases, reserves and budgets to reduce potential risks for Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 enterprises. Kylee focuses on delivering case evaluations, exposure analysis, litigation strategies and settlement suggestions that align with her clients’ organizational objectives.
After earning her J.D. at the Southern Illinois University School of Law, Kylee served for six years as assistant attorney general in the Workers’ Compensation Bureau of the Illinois Office of the Attorney General, defending workers’ compensation claims brought by state employees against the State of Illinois. She successfully litigated several claims valued at more than $1 million.
